I am in the best shape of my life
My background is in Sports Science, Strength and Conditioning and Sports Nutrition, and I was an ex professional Tennis Player up until the age of 20 so I have always been fit and healthy and had a vast amount of knowledge in what it take to be in good condition. However, over the past few years I have been unhappy with how I look and feel and thought I would never get back to the way I was when I was playing tennis and training full time.
When I met Juli back in May 2015, she assured me straight away that I can achieve my goals with the correct training and nutrition schedule. This put my mind at ease straight away and gave me the motivation I needed. Even though I was familiar with the training and nutritional strategies from my sporting background it was Juli's love and passion for fitness and health and wanting to help me achieve my goals that made the difference . Juli really looked after me every step of the way and was always making sure I was happy not just with training but with life in general.
There have been some tough times with the training and eating but Juli kept me on track and really believed in me and having Juli there motivating me every week is the reason why I was able to achieve my goals within 8 weeks.
It has been a great journey and I have not been this happy with the way I feel for over 10yrs.
I am now ready for my next phase of training with Juli and can not wait to see the results.

I have never been firm, so to see muscles developing is amazing...
it can be tough,but its still fun!
Motivation, energy, enthusiasm, knowledge of the body and diet, professionalism and so much more is what I like so much about Juli and our PT sessions. I have been having PT with Juli for some months now and although I am not overweight I have never been firm, so to see muscles and shape developing is amazing. And what’s more, although it can be tough, it’s still fun! After all, we might want to lose weight/change shape, but we still want to enjoy it don’t we. And the sessions are always varied to keep that enthusiasm going.
If you have had personal trainers before and seen no difference in your body, you are probably with the wrong trainer. I can recommend Juli so highly – seeing is believing!

She goes a lot further than that!
My training with Juli has changed me in so many different ways. I saw results in the first 4 weeks that I had been trying to achieve for years on my own.
Juli teaches and coaches me the correct breathing techniques, muscle activation and exercises and correcting me as we go. Juli helped me to understand the strengths and weaknesses I had and begun work from there and I feel as if I have progressed hugely.
Juli shows fantastic knowledge and is very hands on with her training with good explanations and concentration on me doing the exercise correctly. The nutrition guidance & advise that I have been following gives me variety so I am not bored, it is not tough to follow .
Juli has been there for me on a personal level as well and helped me through hard times and got to know me. Juli understands the mental side of training and stress levels of everyday life.
